Overview:
This established and growing organisation is seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join its technical support function. This company values collaboration, accountability, and high service standards, and is focused on delivering reliable IT solutions to its client base.
You’ll work closely with other support professionals and technical leadership to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality support services as the organisation continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end users remotely or in-person.
- Resolve issues in line with agreed service levels.
- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, and network infrastructure.
- Perform regular maintenance across client networks, devices, cloud services, and security systems.
- Handle user onboarding and offboarding processes for client environments.
Skills & Experience Required:
- 2+ years of experience within an MSP environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads without close supervision.
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, cloud technologies, and general IT infrastructure.
- Basic networking knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
