What are we looking


for?
We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior UX Designer to join our Product Innovation team. Your main focus will be on our core products RentSense and RepairSense, where you'll work closely with the Lead UX Designer who will support you in your


work.

    Assisting with user interviews, data analytics and usability tests to gather in
  • sights.Contribute to define user flows, create journey maps and articulate customer requirements to inform on design dec
  • isions.Contribute to the creation of wireframes, user flows and low to mid fidelity prot
  • otypes.Support the high-fidelity design of new experiences and the optimisation of existin
  • g ones.Help to maintain quality and consistency across design systems and comp
  • onents.Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design) in Agile delivery enviro

Qualifications an

d skills


  • Required
    Degree or relevant UX design experience, and or further UX related quali
  • ficationsGood understanding of Figma and basic
  • AI tools.A portfolio which demonstrates a user centred design process and
  • outcomes.Understanding of user-centred design principles, information architecture and accessibility (WCAG st
  • andards).Ability to present design decisions and document research

  • Desirable
    Experience designing software with a focus on data visualisation, dashboards, or enterpris
  • e software.Be familiar with AI-powered tools across design and research workflows and understand how they can support
