Do you have at least 12 months of experience as a CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Advisor looking for a flexible, self-employed opportunity with strong earning potential?

We're recruiting for Mortgage Advisors to join a dynamic and client-focused mortgage brokerage that is expanding its national team. This is a fully remote opportunity offering flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to build your own client base while benefiting from strong operational and administrative support.

This role would suit a proactive and experienced individual who is confident working independently, delivering high-quality advice, and maximising self-generated and provided leads.

The Role

As a Mortgage Advisor, you will:

• Manage client meetings and mortgage consultations remotely or in person where required
• Build strong client relationships to understand individual mortgage and protection needs
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive lead sourcing and business development
• Provide compliant mortgage advice in line with regulatory requirements
• Submit applications and liaise with lenders through to completion
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your own pipeline
• Develop and implement your own business strategy to grow income
• Stay up to date with market trends, lender criteria, and product changes

About you:

• Minimum 12 months’ experience as a Mortgage Advisor
• Full CeMAP qualification (CAS preferred)
• Proven ability to manage appointments and convert business
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Proactive approach to lead generation and business development
• Strong attention to detail and compliance awareness
