Overview

GVS Cosmo Cosmetics is seeking a proactive, confident, and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our growing team.

This role involves visiting retailers, beauty shops, salons, wholesalers, supermarkets, pharmacies, and independent stores to promote and sell our range of beauty and personal care products. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong business relationships, opening new customer accounts, increasing product awareness, and driving sales growth across the UK market.

GVS Cosmo Cosmetics supplies a wide range of affordable, high-quality personal care products, including skincare, body care, haircare, fragrance mists, shower gels, lotions, scrubs, hand washes, men’s grooming products, and everyday beauty essentials.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys meeting people, closing sales, and growing with a developing cosmetics brand.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and approach potential customers, including beauty shops, salons, supermarkets, wholesalers, pharmacies, convenience stores, and independent retailers.
  • Visit prospective and existing customers to introduce GVS Cosmo Cosmetics products and explain the benefits of the range.
  • Present product catalogues, pricing, promotions, and wholesale opportunities to business customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and trade customers.
  • Negotiate orders, pricing, display opportunities, and repeat supply arrangements.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, walk-ins, exhibitions, and online enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer visits, orders, leads, sales activity, and pipeline progress.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer questions and requests professionally.
  • Work with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, customer feedback, and product demand.
  • Support brand awareness by representing GVS Cosmo Cosmetics professionally in the market.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, field sales, retail sales, wholesale sales, beauty sales, or FMCG sales is preferred.
  • Experience selling cosmetics, skincare, haircare, beauty, personal care, or fast-moving consumer goods is an advantage.
  • Confident communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with retailers and business owners.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and stay focused on sales targets.
  • Basic IT skills, including email, WhatsApp, spreadsheets, CRM systems, or Microsoft Office.
  • Valid UK driving licence is preferred, as travel to customer locations may be required.
  • Must be reliable, self-motivated, presentable, and eager to grow with the company.
