Data Analyst - #2078306

We’re looking for a curious and data-driven analyst to join a fast-paced agency environment, supporting campaign performance, audience insights and digital strategy across a range of exciting client accounts.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their analytics or digital career who enjoys uncovering trends, working with data and helping shape campaigns through insight and performance reporting.

A snapshot of the role:

• Support the delivery of audience, campaign and market analysis
• Monitor campaign performance across digital and social channels
• Assist with reporting, dashboards and presenting key findings to internal teams
• Research consumer behaviour, trends and competitor activity
• Support paid social and digital campaign analysis to identify optimisation opportunities
• Work with data and insight tools to gather meaningful information
• Help identify patterns, opportunities and actionable recommendations from campaign results
• Support ongoing testing, learning and performance improvement across campaigns.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Previous experience in an Analyst, Insights, or Digital Marketing role (minimum 18 months), ideally in a marketing/ digital agency or similar.
• A genuine interest in analytics, campaign performance and digital trends
• Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data
• Experience using reporting, analytics or social platform tools
• A good understanding of Excel and data organisation
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present findings clearly
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
