Dcoded are partnered with a leading UK financial services technology business. Their platform underpins the daily operations of banks, building societies, specialist lenders, and broker networks across the country.

They're growing their engineering teams and looking for cloud-first developers who thrive in fast-moving, agile environments. At the heart of their product is a sophisticated workflow engine, and your work will help shape its next generation.

What you'll be doing

• Building and maintaining scalable B2B workflow solutions that power customers' businesses end-to-end
• Contributing to cloud-native development using an API-first approach
• Working in a now / next / later planning environment with predictable, iterative delivery
• Owning what you build, "we build it, we run it" means everything is instrumented and supportable
• Collaborating across cross-functional teams and contributing to a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

What we're looking for

• Strong working knowledge of TypeScript / JavaScript and hands-on experience with containerisation
• Understanding of a high-performance language such as GoLang and how to apply it in practice
• Familiarity with at least one major cloud vendor and a clear view on the trade-offs of their native tooling
• Comfortable with CI/CD pipelines and a mindset of constant automation
• Already using or exploring AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or Warp
• A pragmatic, collaborative communicator who brings pace and accountability to delivery
• Someone who looks for improvements without letting perfect get in the way of progress
