Claims Handler | Manchester City Centre

We’re a fast-growing Claims Management Company and we’re looking for someone organised, proactive and confident to join our operations team.

This is a role for someone who takes real ownership of their work — someone who can manage a varied caseload, communicate professionally with customers and third parties, and keep processes moving efficiently without losing attention to detail.

If you thrive in a fast-paced, process-driven environment and enjoy keeping things organised whilst delivering a high standard of customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing -

  • Handling inbound and outbound communication with customers and lenders
  • Chasing updates and progressing claims efficiently
  • Keeping CRM systems, case notes and claim statuses accurate and up to date
  • Escalating any delays, risks or issues where required
  • Managing high volumes of emails and claim-related correspondence
  • Working within structured processes and compliance requirements consistently
  • Requesting and handling key documentation
  • Ensuring all files remain accurate, compliant and audit-ready

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience within claims, financial services, insurance, legal or another process-driven environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident speaking with customers over the phone
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage high volumes of work whilst maintaining accuracy
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital case management tools
  • Someone proactive, reliable and able to work independently
  • Experience within an FCA-regulated environment is beneficial but not essential

What’s On Offer

  • Monday–Friday role — no weekends
  • Clear progression opportunities as the business continues to scale
  • Supportive and collaborative team culture
  • Performance incentives and recognition
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities
  • Opportunity to join a genuinely growing business and help shape processes as the team expands
