Corporate Insolvency Administrator

Imperium Financial Recruitment are acting as an agency on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded insolvency practice in Stockport, who are seeking to recruit a Corporate Insolvency Administrator to join their growing team.

This opportunity is suitable for either:

• An experienced Corporate Insolvency Administrator, or

• An IVA Administrator looking to transition into the corporate insolvency sector.

The successful candidate will work on a varied portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, with duties including closures and variations, alongside wider case administration responsibilities. The firm offers a supportive environment with genuine long-term progression opportunities.

For experienced candidates, the role can be office-based, hybrid, or fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing corporate insolvency cases from inception through to closure

• Preparing closure documentation and handling case variations

• Liaising with directors, creditors, solicitors and other stakeholders

• Drafting reports and statutory documentation

• Supporting senior staff on a range of insolvency matters

• Ensuring all casework is compliant with current insolvency legislation and procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience within corporate insolvency or IVA administration

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines effectively

• A professional and proactive approach to case management
