PPC Specialist | Up to £45k | Manchester City Centre (2 days per month in office)

We’re working with a small but highly respected digital marketing agency based in Manchester, specialising in ecommerce, retail, and B2B brands across the UK. They’re now looking for a PPC specialist to join their close-knit team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying hands-on, working directly with clients, and having genuine ownership over performance. You won’t be lost in layers of management or siloed into one part of delivery. Instead, you’ll play a key role in shaping campaigns, driving results, and building strong client relationships.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of paid search campaigns from end to end. Planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting, whilst acting as a trusted partner to clients.

• Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across platforms (primarily Google Ads)
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and drive growth
• Work closely with clients, building strong and lasting relationships
• Communicate insights, results, and recommendations clearly
• Take full responsibility for campaign quality and outcomes
