About
Calling all Creative Superstars... we are seeking a Graphic Designer for a highly successful, people-led business within the Health & Wellbeing space!
Nestled in the heart of Manchester, our client has seen outstanding growth and now supports over 85,000 organisations and 11 million lives across the UK and Ireland.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced graphic designer with a passion for creating impactful design to join a forward-thinking team.
With the support of a dynamic and collaborative creative environment, you will have the chance to contribute meaningfully to the business's success and further develop your own personal career!
As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with the Lead Designer and the wider marketing team to deliver high-quality designs across various channels. This includes website design, email campaigns, social media ads, app promotions, and internal marketing materials. With a focus on both B2B and B2C projects, you will be responsible for managing multiple design projects simultaneously and ensuring they meet business objectives and deadlines.
Day to Day
Design visually engaging materials for a range of platforms, including websites, email campaigns, social media advertisements, app promotions, and internal communications. Manage multiple projects at once, delivering high-quality designs on time and within scope. Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and refine design assets. Collaborate closely with the marketing team and business stakeholders to understand design needs and create impactful solutions. Work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
YOU?
Essential skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; experience with Adobe After Effects is a plus. Familiarity with web design principles and best practices. A genuine enthusiasm for using design to create positive change and impact. 2-3 years of professional design experience, particularly in B2B and B2C environments. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
Benefits
25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, with additional days after 2 and 5 years of service. Cash plan for you (and your children), access to a free onsite gym with group classes. Pension plan with increasing contributions, private medical insurance after 5 years, and profit share scheme. Day off on your birthday, seasonal bonuses, and flexible schemes like season ticket loans and cycle-to-work. Monthly social events (Fab Friday with free food and drinks), access to employee discount schemes, and an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
If you thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and are looking for an opportunity to expand your skills while making a real difference, this is the place for you.
Our client offers ongoing training and career development, so if you're ambitious, motivated, and ready for a new challenge, this could be your ideal next step.
