- Salary of £29,584.00- £34,223.60 for experienced staff. This will be lower for non experienced.
- Paid Enhanced DBS for all support worker roles**
- 30 Days holiday per year (including bank holidays) for all support worker roles
- Waterproof coat and boots up to the value of £100

- * Starting salary is £29,584.00 basic plus an average of £3,220 in sleep bonuses a year if you complete 1 sleep a week, £34,223.60 for 2 sleeps a week
- A can do attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Being a Driver is preferable but not essential
- Willingness to learn as full training will be provided
- Flexibility to work 39 hours a week on average over 4/5 days
- Love of the outdoors and outdoor activities
- Previous experience of Personal Care for males and females desirable.
