In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
- Work closely with the Studio Team and Samples Team to support a cohesive workflow across all creative photography.
- Understand the wide range of creative requirements for both internal and external shoots.
- Support all creative teams in working to the critical path and delivering artwork on schedule.
- Assist the wider team in producing internal creative shoots ensuring all production aspects are considered.
- Use understanding of product and the brand to flag any production or samples issues prior to shoot.
- Build strong working relationships with third parties and communicate with them as required throughout the production process.
- Liaise with product business to manage rack-up dates ahead of shoots, in line with critical path.
- Work closely with the wider Production Team to ensure products, proformas and bibles are collated and approved in a timely manner.

- 2+ years’ experience in a Production based role.
- Good IT skills – proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and excel.
- Process driven with an exceptional eye for detail.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced Fashion Retail environment.
- Fashion forward, product aware and Fashion Communications savvy.
