Uk Dry Risers Maintenance Ltd
Works Coordinator – UK Dry Risers

Middleton | Up to £29,000 | Full time, permanent

At UK Dry Risers, we’re proud of the fact that we don’t just feel like a team – we feel like a family. We’ve built a culture that’s lively, supportive, and full of people who roll their sleeves up, help each other out, and take pride in getting the job done right.

We’re on the lookout for a Works Coordinator (also known as a Labour Controller) to join our Maintenance team in Middleton. This role is all about keeping things moving – planning engineer schedules, handling customer calls, solving problems on the fly, and making sure everything runs like clockwork.

If you're someone who loves a fast pace, is happy juggling a few plates, and isn't shy of picking up the phone – you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Keeping the schedule ticking – planning works for a team of Engineers week by week
  • Liaising with clients and engineers to ensure jobs are booked, briefed and completed on time
  • Supporting engineers out in the field with paperwork, kit and info
  • Building solid relationships with customers, especially key accounts
  • Taking a hands-on approach to problem-solving when plans need to shift
  • Helping make sure we meet our commercial goals and stay on track

What we’re looking for:

You don’t need industry experience – but you do need solid transferable skills. If you’ve worked in a busy admin, logistics, or coordination role, you’ll likely hit the ground running.

We’re especially keen to hear from people who are:

  • Organised, calm under pressure, and great at prioritising
  • Confident on the phone – customer contact is a big part of the job
  • Quick-thinking and solution-focused – things change fast
  • Comfortable with IT systems and data entry
  • Able to juggle deadlines and keep things on track

What you’ll get from us:

  • A genuinely supportive team and management who’ve got your back
  • On-the-job training and coaching – we invest in the right people
  • A busy, buzzing working environment where no two days are the same
  • A family-feel workplace where people stay, grow and succeed

Ready to join a team that actually works well together?

Apply now and become part of a business where your voice matters – and your efforts don’t go unnoticed.
