We're looking for a dynamic 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Manchester team. You'll take ownership of your own desk, working with schools and education professionals across the region.

The Role

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle – business development, candidate sourcing, compliance and placements

• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and education staff

• Achieve and exceed KPIs and revenue targets through outstanding service delivery

• Work collaboratively within a supportive and high-performing team

• Stay up to date with safeguarding regulations and compliance standards

About You

• Proven 360 recruitment experience within education (minimum 1 year)

• Strong BD skills and confidence managing client relationships

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills

• Resilient, driven and target-oriented

• A strong understanding of safeguarding and compliance in the education sector
