The RoleYou’ll lead the electrical design function in Manchester, delivering high-quality, efficient, and sustainable solutions. Working closely with the Mechanical Lead and wider team, you’ll take ownership of projects from concept to handover and help grow the regional presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead electrical design on projects from concept to completion

• Work with multidisciplinary teams across the business

• Mentor junior engineers and build out the electrical team in Manchester

• Maintain client relationships and support business development

• Ensure quality standards and deliverables are consistently met

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 6+ years in building services electrical design

• Experience delivering projects across multiple sectors

• Strong technical ability and commercial awareness

• Comfortable leading projects and coordinating with stakeholders

• Chartered or working towards Chartership is desirable
