Key Responsibilities
- Install LVT and safety vinyl flooring in various settings, ensuring precision and quality.
- Assess and prepare job sites for installation, including subfloor preparation.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide expert recommendations.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and ensure a safe working environment.
- Adhere to company policies and industry standards, including health and safety regulations.
- Measure and cut flooring materials accurately to fit designated areas.
- Ensure all installations meet industry and safety standards, as well as customer expectations.
- Work from drawings or plans to lay out flooring patterns and designs.
- Inspect completed work to ensure proper installation and finish.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of waste materials.
- Proven experience in flooring installation, specifically with LVT and safety vinyl, including coved skirtings.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
- Knowledge of flooring materials and installation techniques

- Working Monday to Friday 07:30 - 16:00
- Overtime at evenings and weekends, when available
