Key Responsibilities

• Install LVT and safety vinyl flooring in various settings, ensuring precision and quality.
• Assess and prepare job sites for installation, including subfloor preparation.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide expert recommendations.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and ensure a safe working environment.
• Adhere to company policies and industry standards, including health and safety regulations.
• Measure and cut flooring materials accurately to fit designated areas.
• Ensure all installations meet industry and safety standards, as well as customer expectations.
• Work from drawings or plans to lay out flooring patterns and designs.
• Inspect completed work to ensure proper installation and finish.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of waste materials.
  
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Proven experience in flooring installation, specifically with LVT and safety vinyl, including coved skirtings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Knowledge of flooring materials and installation techniques
