Payment Solutions Consultant / Merchant Services Specialist

UK Regions Available:

North East, North West, Yorkshire & Humber, Midlands, East of England, London, South East, South West, Scotland, Wales

We’re recruiting experienced sales professionals to represent a fast-growing UK payment technology provider. This is a high-earning, flexible opportunity for self-employed consultants who want to work independently—with full support—selling in-demand products to hospitality and retail clients across the UK.

The offering includes EPOS systems, card machines, self-serve kiosks, Soft POS, virtual terminals, business funding, and e-commerce tools. All tech is developed in-house, offering faster onboarding, minimal third-party issues, and greater reliability—making your job easier from day one.

What’s On Offer:

  • Uncapped commission structure
  • – 50–65% lifetime residuals on personal deals
  • – 20% residuals + commission share on team deals (if applicable)
  • Warm leads provided via national advertising
  • Dedicated account managers handle quoting, demos, contracts, and onboarding
  • Full support to help you close and scale faster
  • Products with growing demand—Soft POS alone is forecasted to surge by 2026

Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach local businesses in need of modern payment solutions
  • Present the product range with confidence and clarity
  • Submit qualified opportunities—then let the support team take over
  • Maintain relationships with clients to drive retention and referrals
  • Optional: Build and lead a small team in your region for additional residuals

Ideal Background:

  • Business Development, Merchant Services, EPOS, Card Payments, or B2B Sales
  • Strong self-starter attitude with a track record in consultative sales
  • Comfortable working commission-only with long-term earning potential
  • Existing business contacts or ability to generate leads a strong plus

Perks & Additional Benefits:

  • Weekly and monthly incentive schemes
  • Monthly budget for competitions and local sales incentives
  • Option to attend premium team training days (e.g. in London)
  • Room hire for regional team training events covered
  • 3-month trial period with a potential route into a salaried leadership position
