What will your responsibilities be?

Food Preparation:

  • Supervise and participate in the preparation of ingredients and dishes assigned to your station.
  • Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to the recipe book and presented in line with the restaurant’s quality standards.
  • Verify that all food complies with food safety and hygiene standards.

Station Management:

  • Assign tasks and supervise the work of cooks and assistants within the station.
  • Coordinate with other station chefs and the head chef to ensure synchronization in the preparation of various components of a dish.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness in the work area.

Inventory Control:

  • Manage the inventory of ingredients and utensils needed for the station.
  • Place supply orders with your direct supervisor and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
  • Minimize food waste through proper planning and resource utilization.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

  • Participate in the development of new dishes and menus in collaboration with the head chef.
  • Propose improvements in cooking processes and dish presentation.
  • Stay up to date on culinary trends and cooking techniques.

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience of at least 1–2 years in a professional kitchen, preferably with experience in the specific station assigned.
  • In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, handling of utensils, and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.
