RELATIONSHIP/ ACCOUNT MANAGER

Salary: £32.5k-£37.5k + £15k performance related bonus

Location: Manchester City Centre - FULLY OFFICE BASED

Hours: Mon-Fri (9am-5pm)

• Own and grow a portfolio of 100 B2B clients (EAP/OH) across the UK & Ireland

• Build strong relationships through meetings, calls & occasional visits

• Manage onboarding, renewals, upselling (£10k/qtr), and win 3 new clients/quarter

• Feed client insights into new service developments
  
  

• 3+ years in Account Management (corporate B2B essential)

• Great communication, attention to detail & commercial awareness

• KPI-driven mindset, confident with clients & CRM systems

• Positive, proactive attitude - a real team player

• Driving licence a plus, not essential
