Join us as a Senior Operations Tooling Strategy Associate
In your new role, you’ll lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of tooling workflows across the operational landscape, acting as the bridge across business functions and third-party tooling providers. We’ll also look to you to ensure that tooling updates are delivered smoothly with minimal operational disruption, providing Operations users with the training and support needed to effectively utilise the tools and workflows.
You’ll Also
You’ll need a strong understanding of at least one banking operational area. Additionally, you’ll have an analytical mindset, with strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your work.

You’ll Also
- Document tooling user guides and workflow diagrams, maintaining them regularly to reflect any tooling changes
- Partner with Ops teams to understand tooling pain points and requirements, and work with the Product Teams to form a prioritised tooling roadmap baked on business impact
- Monitor tooling performance to identify, develop and execute enhancement opportunities and operational efficiency
- Create and maintain reporting dashboards to provide insights into performance data, colleague feedback and usage trends
- Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to identify and recommend improved use of Operations Tooling
You’ll need a strong understanding of at least one banking operational area. Additionally, you’ll have an analytical mindset, with strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your work.
You’ll Also Need
- Experience in using tools such as Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, and customer data repositories to enhance operational workflows and support tooling strategies
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing tooling requirements in an agile environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills
