About The RoleMain Responsibilities Are

To Gather Customer Insights;

  • By regularly engaging with customers to understand how they perceived the services provided by Birtwistles,
  • Ask specific open-ended questions to gather honest feedback about product quality, customer service or pricing.
  • Use surveys, one-on-one discussions, as tools for collecting feedback

Being the Customers Voice;

  • Document feedback to provide a balanced view of customer sentiment
  • Represent customer interests during meetings, addressing concerns and needs
  • Translate feedback into actionable insights

Strengthening Customer Relationships

  • Respond to Customers feedback promptly
  • Working with other teams to address any negative feedback and offer solutions or corrective measures where necessary
  • Celebrate and share positive feedback

Act as a Bridge Between Customers and Internal Teams

  • Liaise with Operations, Logistics and other departments to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Communicate customer-specific requests including delivery adjustments or product specifications

Feedback Loop

  • Keep customers informed about any changes or improvements made as a result.

This is a dynamic role with room for growth and development with the potential of eventually managing a edger of established accounts.

The position will also be responsible for covering Customer Services during staff holidays, absence or during busy periods.

The working hours are Monday, Wednesday, Friday 08.00-16.00. Hours can be flexible.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will:

  • be an excellent communicator.
  • have a proven track record in a customer relations or service role or similar.
  • need to have excellent levels of concentration and good IT skills.
