Apadmi are looking for a forward-thinking Senior Digital Product Owner to shape product strategy in close collaboration with our clients, lead the delivery and continuous evolution of meaningful roadmaps and features, and support the growth of a high-performing, product team.

As a Senior Digital Product Owner, this is a unique opportunity to help clients achieve their business goals by delivering innovative digital products that make a real impact.

What you'll be working on

In this role, you’ll collaborate with clients to define product strategies, manage and evolve roadmaps, and lead agile delivery with a cross-functional team. You’ll also play a key part in prioritising features, driving value through data-informed decisions, mentoring others, and keeping stakeholders aligned throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with clients to define and shape effective product strategies
  • Own and evolve the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Prioritise and manage the product backlog to maximise value and impact
  • Leverage performance metrics and real-world user data to inform continuous improvement
  • Lead release planning and support agile delivery through Scrum methodologies
  • Support members of the product team, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration
  • Provide regular progress updates and insights to stakeholders

What You'll Bring To The Team

We’re looking for someone with experience delivering complex, large-scale mobile products, ideally within retail or ecommerce. You’ll bring strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with a background in agile delivery and certified Scrum practices.

  • Experience delivering complex or large-scale digital products
  • Background in mobile and app-based product development
  • Clear and confident communicator, able to adapt style to suit different audiences
  • Values empathy, collaboration, and creating positive team environments
  • Flexible, open-minded, and able to adapt in fast-changing situations
