What you'll do:

As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the finance function of a large business. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver insightful financial analysis that informs strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for supporting key forecasting, budgeting, and planning cycles while ensuring that performance is monitored effectively against set objectives. By building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, you will help drive improvements in commercial awareness and operational efficiency. What you bring:

To excel as a FP&A Analyst, you will bring proven experience gained within medium or large finance teams-alongside at least twelve months' exposure in similar roles. Your background may include studying towards professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA; however, applications from those qualified by experience are equally welcomed. You possess not only technical expertise but also strong interpersonal skills that enable you to build rapport quickly across diverse groups.

* Demonstrated attention to detail combined with excellent organisational abilities that enable you to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

* Advanced proficiency in manipulating large datasets using Microsoft Excel, including experience with formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.

* Proven experience conducting variance analysis, forecasting activities, and building detailed financial models relevant to business needs.

* Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to non-finance colleagues both verbally and in writing.
