Who are we looking for?

The Facilities Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of all building services and infrastructure. This position oversees maintenance, safety, and efficiency within the workplace, across the UK, ensuring compliance with regulations and creating a functional environment for employees and visitors.

What will you be doing day-to-day?

  • Day to day management of multiple UK offices, including:
  • Line management of location-based facility Receptionists/Coordinators.
  • Manage and maintain building infrastructure, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and security systems, overseeing routine inspections and co-ordinate necessary repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislations e.g.: health, safety, environmental
  • Develop and manage budgets for facility operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance and upgrades.


What you’ll need:

  • Degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • Strong background in facilities management
  • Experience with building maintenance, security and safety
  • Project Management experience on small-medium projects
