Your Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Delivery Leadership to join our team at Capgemini FS. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of projects within the Financial Services industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of projects from initiation to completion
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress
• Identify and mitigate project risks
  
  

Your Profile

• Be responsible for the end-to-end management of the project therefore need to have significant experience in planning, finance forecasting, risk management and progress reporting.
• Given the focus on our payments back office, we need a candidate with this area of experienceLead end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, design, and business stakeholders.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Manage client expectations and foster strong client relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team performance.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers or team leads.
• Programme Manager Delivery and management of multiple programmes and serves as a mediator between their resources and executives.
• Typically, in charge of planning, implementing, and executing specific company goals or policies and involve monitoring associated budgets, allocating project resources and motivating and managing the programmes team members.
• Other duties include issuing progress reports and ensuring deadlines are met in a timely and efficient fashion
