Our client is currently seeking a teaching assistant with British Sign Language (BSL). This role is ideal for someone with a passion for inclusive education and strong BSL skills who is committed to making a meaningful difference.

- Tailored support using BSL to enable the pupil's full participation in learning
- Foster communication, independence, and self-confidence
- Support the pupil's social and emotional development in collaboration with the wider team
- Contribute to a holistic approach through teamwork with teaching staff, therapists, and families
- Hold a Level 3 British Sign Language qualification
- Have experience supporting children or young people with SEND
- Be patient, empathetic, and proactive
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to inclusive, pupil-centred learning
