Your Role: Elevating ERP Implementations

Reporting to the Head of Consultancy, you'll manage end-to-end ERP implementations, ensuring clients receive seamless integrations and exceptional support. From business analysis to system configuration and training, you’ll be at the heart of delivering high-quality solutions that drive efficiency across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement ERP software for clients across the UK, ensuring optimal solutions within project scope.
• Import and manipulate SQL database data for improved reporting and management insights.
• Deliver high-impact training courses, tailored to client needs.
• Conduct structured software testing, escalating issues appropriately.
• Create detailed process documentation and user guides.
• Provide remote and telephone support from the Manchester office or home.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Expertise

• 5+ years of experience in ERP system implementations, Syspro or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Tier 2 ERP software and payroll applications/processes.
• Experience with planning, scheduling, and warehouse management software.
• Solid understanding of business processes and project management best practices.
• Proven ability to deliver training and resolve customer issues effectively.
  
  

Technical Skills

• SQL Server scripting & data manipulation.
• VB Scripting / C .NET, Visual Studio .NET, XML.
• Windows Server & operating systems knowledge.
• Strong report writing and problem-solving skills.
