City: Manchester
Contract type: Full time
Work schedule: Full day

We’re looking for an Account Director who can lead relationships, deliver standout social-first work, and grow client partnerships with purpose. Sound like you?
Who we are
The Good Influence is an award winning social-first creative agency, influencing the world for good though content, community, creativity & conversion.
We power disruptor brands to accelerate their growth and bring purpose into the mainstream. Whether it’s launching Wild Deodorant & Weleda on TikTok or supporting life-saving tech such as R;pple, we are here to harness the power of social: developing creative & engaging content, activating the right influencer partnerships and building vibrant communities!
Good Influence is in our name, but also in our nature. We exist to build brands and communities but also to give back; we donate 1% of our revenue to 1% for the Planet, supporting The Felix Project as well as being a climate positive business.
We’re just over two years old, but as an ambitious and growing team (100% growth YoY) and business (300% growth YoY), we bring together exceptional client service and experience to achieve influence at the scale of a big agency, with the passion of a boutique.
The Role
As an Account Director, you’ll lead major client relationships, bringing together strategy, social, influencer, and paid to deliver standout, results-driven work. You’ll own senior stakeholder management, grow accounts through strategic vision and commercial awareness, and inspire the wider team to deliver at pace, with precision and purpose.
You’ll also help shape the client services function—driving best practice, mentoring future leaders, and partnering with senior leadership to evolve how we work.
Key Responsibilities:
Competitive salary depending on experience – typically ranging between £55,000–£65,000.
Everyone’s welcome
