The role
This is a perfect role for someone looking to take the first step into a career in planning & design. This pivotal role is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks on behalf of the Product Solutions department to ensure projects are finished on time, on budget and against client expectations. An element of financial responsibility will also be required as you’ll co-ordinate and track all departmental spend with external providers on various spreadsheets. Administrative tasks include:
- Raising purchase orders
- Paying suppliers
- Prepare and distributing quotes
- Invoicing
- Updating individual or client project files
- Maintaining stock levels across the department
- Scheduling meetings
- Managing cleaning contract
- Managing the delivery of stock and ensuring all delivery notes are filed, and stock is stored in the correct locations
- Assist production with packing finished printing panels
- Book couriers to deliver finished panels
As the role advances there will be opportunity for the right candidate to assist in the project design & implementation element of the department
What will make me successful in this role?
We are looking for someone with experience in a similar administrative role and excelled organisational skills. You’ll have a keen eye for details, a strong communicator and be confident using MS office and basic software packages.
