Job Purpose

We are seeking a talented and passionate AI Workflow Engineer to join our growing Data Science & AI team. As an AI Workflow Engineer, you will be responsible for building innovative proof-of-concepts (POCs) and collaborate with our product teams to convert them into production ready solutions that make media and marketing teams more efficient and effective in their internal workflows. You will bridge the gap between technical AI capabilities and practical business applications, using bespoke coding and modern low-code/no-code automation platforms in an ever changing marketing landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build intelligent workflow automation solutions for media and marketing teams using AI-powered tools and frameworks
  • Develop POCs that demonstrate how AI can streamline content creation, campaign management, reporting, and media production workflows.
  • Build custom AI solutions using AI & ML frameworks, and cloud technologies
  • Implement workflow automation using low-code/no-code platforms when applicable
  • Create API integrations between marketing tools, CRM systems, and content management platforms using MCP or alternative protocols.
  • Perform statistical analysis including A/B testing, causal inference, and experimental design to build the business case of POC’s
  • Work closely with data engineers, media consultants and clients to ensure seamless integration of your solution to create business impact
  • Translate business requirements into technical workflow specifications
  • Conduct demos and training sessions to help teams adopt new AI-powered workflows
  • Stay current with emerging AI workflow tools and automation platforms, and Marketing Tech developments


What We Are Looking For

  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related technical field
  • 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development with a focus on practical applications
  • Strong proficiency in Python and relevant AI libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)
  • Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms like N8N, AirTable, and proven track-record.
  • Experience with AI agent development and testing methodologies using Google ADK, LangGraph, Llamaindex
  • Understanding of marketing and media workflows (content creation, campaign management, social media automation)
  • Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
  • Version control proficiency (Git) and collaborative development practices
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders
  • Problem-solving mindset with focus on practical, business-driven solutions
  • Being located and directly available to work in the UK
