  Manage and Grow a book of business valued at £250k-£300k in income, developing strong relationships with clients and partners.


• Take ownership of a specific scheme within the business, ensuring service excellence and delivering tailored solutions to clients.

  Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities to grow the book and achieve targets.


• 
  Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and support to clients.

  Negotiate and renew policies to maintain and increase client satisfaction.

• Proven experience as an Account Executive in the insurance industry, with a track record of managing and growing a portfolio.


• Strong knowledge of insurance schemes and client relationship management.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing priorities and deadlines effectively.
