Our client is looking for a project manager to join their team, covering a large government contract.
The ideal candidate must have FM experience or worked as client side PM.
The Role
- P&L support
- Financial sign offs
- Experience of working on lifecycle and variation works up to £1m per year
- Health & Safety sign off
- Client facing and holding meetings
- Reports
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualification in M&E or building fabric or relevant project management experience.
- Computer literate
- Driver
- Must have undertake an enhanced DBS check as these are sensitive sites.
