Solution Architect, Manchester (hybrid), £90,000 - £100,000 + Package

We’re working with a high-growth international SaaS company reshaping digital commerce in travel. With global clients and top-tier tech partners, this business leads complex transformation programmes at scale. As they expand their customer delivery function, they’re hiring a commercially aware Solution Architect to drive high-impact implementations—making product customisations that truly matter.

The Solution Architect will combine deep SaaS technical expertise with a consultative mindset, guiding enterprise clients through full-stack integration projects and optimising real-world performance.

The Solution Architect Will…

• Take ownership of solution architecture across major SaaS platform implementations


• Lead customer discovery, translating complex needs into high-quality, scalable designs


• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Product to shape delivery and enhancement roadmaps


• Create professional, customer-facing documentation that informs and inspires confidence


• Support performance monitoring and continuous improvement of deployed systems

Experience Required…

• 7+ years in application architecture or technical consultancy, ideally in SaaS or e-commerce


• Confidence engaging at C-level and managing multiple enterprise stakeholder


• Fluency in Java-based architecture, alongside J2EE also have technical knowledge of REST, SOAP, React, Postgres, Oracle, and/or MongoDB


• Prior experience in high-volume, mission-critical environments (cloud-native preferred)


• A solution-focused mindset and ability to thrive under delivery pressure
