A top tier legal 100 firm are seeking a driven and skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to join their established and highly regarded Commercial Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience within Commercial Property/Corporate transactions looking to take the next step in their career.
The Role
You'll be involved in a diverse caseload of commercial property work, including:
- Drafting and negotiating leases
- Advising on landlord and tenant issues
- Handling sales, acquisitions, and refinancing of commercial properties
If you also have experience in corporate law, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to:
- Business and asset sales and purchases
- Company restructures
- Shareholder and partnership agreements
You’ll enjoy significant client interaction, direct involvement in transactions, and the chance to work in a collaborative team that actively supports your professional development.
We’d love to hear from you if you are:
- A qualified solicitor with 1–5 years’ PQE
- Confident handling a broad range of commercial property matters
- Ideally experienced in corporate transactions
- Comfortable using IT and case management systems
- Proactive, commercially minded, and client-focused
