Domestic or Commercial Gas Engineer – South Manchester£38000-£44000 + Overtime + Van + Training – based on a 40-hour week

Leading Building Services Consultancy focused solely on the commercial market are expanding their Mechanical division. Widely recognised as one of the fastest growing M&E consultancies and covering work solely in the North-West, they currently require a Gas Engineer from either a domestic or commercial background to work on a range of sites including: - Schools and educational establishments, Retail outlets, Hospitality venues and Government buildings.

Duties of the Gas Engineer will include

• Installation of gas appliances and systems
• Maintenance and servicing of gas appliances and undertake fault-finding and repairs on heating systems, boilers, and gas appliances
• Gas Safety Inspections
• Partake on a 1 in 8 call-outs rota
• Complete and maintain accurate service reports and certificates

Electrical experience required

• 5+ years working as a qualified Gas Engineer (Domestic or Commercial)
• Qualifications to include - CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, COCN1, TPCP1A, CODNCO1.
• Excellent customer service skills, dealing with customers face to face, maintaining site standards
• Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• A full UK driving licence
