Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000

Location: Manchester

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our client, a globally recognised multi-disciplinary consultancy expanding their Manchester team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Aviation or Infrastructure sectors bringing expertise in project leadership.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Project Manager:

• Drive business development initiatives and support the growth of the team.
• Oversee JCT contracts, acting as Employer's Agent and/or Contract Administrator.
• Monitor project progress, update programmes, and track risks, budgets, and actions.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial brief through to completion.
• Deliver client-focused leadership, ensuring high-quality service and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Prepare reports, chair meetings, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Procure and manage consultants and contractors effectively.

Role Requirements for the Senior Project Manager:

• Proven experience Aviation or Infrastructure experience.
• Working towards or holding chartership (RICS, APM, CIOB, or equivalent).
• NEC experience (preferred but not essential).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving and strategic planning abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
