- 5+ years of experience in a desktop or end-user support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS (10/11), Microsoft Office 365, and common enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, network troubleshooting, and remote support tools.
- Basic understanding of ITIL practices and incident/request management.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively.
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting and peripheral setup (printers, scanners, docking stations).
