About the Role This is a 100% home-based role with a salary of £24.5k base, plus an excellent opportunity to earn bonuses, with an OTE of £31,000. No weekend work. We are proud to partner with a leading global appliance protection company, providing top-notch service to millions of customers
Key Responsibilities Call customers to ensure their appliances are covered
Upsell protection products based on customer needs
Build strong relationships and understand customer requirements
Help customers find the best protection package
Make a high number of sales daily to meet personal targets
Skills and Experience Preferably 12 months of phone sales experience
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Team player focused on delivering great customer service
