We have 2 roles advertised for 40 hours a week, working Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work (4-6 times a year), at our Circle Square buildings

Job purpose: The General Maintenance Team Member supports multiple buildings by performing maintenance and caretaker duties to uphold high standards as part of our service to clients

What you will be doing:

Maintain presentation standards around entrances, grounds, and all common areas including showers, lifts, toilets, and corridors

Open and lock buildings as required

Support meeting rooms and serviced spaces by preparing rooms for customers

Perform checks on vacant suites and maintain them to high standards

Conduct PPMs such as fire testing, water temperature checks, and emergency lighting

Ensure plant, equipment, and fabric are effective to deliver customer service and operational standards

Complete regular building inspections and checks

Monitor and complete maintenance jobs

Respond to health and safety concerns immediately (training provided)

What we are looking for:

A positive, can-do attitude with enthusiasm and flexibility, adaptable to a role where no day is the same

Enjoyment of teamwork and a desire to be part of a collaborative, positive environment

Experience in maintenance is beneficial but not essential; training will be provided
