We are setting new standards for customer experience and operational excellence across our network, serving over 500,000 customers weekly. Our Stations Customer Service Assistants are committed to safety and ensuring the network runs smoothly
Bring your authentic self to make customers' experiences memorable as they travel through our stations. We want you to be you!
As a Customer Service Assistant within Retail, you will: Provide travel assistance, information, and guidance to ensure customers are well-informed and confident in their travel
Assist with travel needs, offer reassurance, and provide accurate journey advice
Guide customers through ticket purchasing, assist with timetable inquiries, manage queues, and support ticket machine usage for efficient service
Full training will be provided for this role
