Our client is a leading, multi-branch estate agency who are seeking a Property Administrator to join their dynamic Hampstead office, nestled in a leafy neighbourhood full of cafes, independent shops and excellent transport links
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide administrative support to Sales Managers and Negotiators
-Upload property and client details using Reapit software
-Draft and send valuation and instruction letters
-Prepare and update property lists, window cards, and marketing materials
-Update property listings on the company website
-Coordinate photography, floorplans, and statutory property documentation
-Liaise with contractors for property boards and media advertising
-Order stationery and manage general office supplies
-Provide friendly meet-and-greet support and answer calls professionally
Key Skills:
-Excellent typing, grammar and proof-reading skills
-Confident communication and professional telephone manner
-Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
-A team player with a flexible and positive attitude
-Experience in property or administration (preferred)
