Working within the Platform Innovation team, you will be at the forefront of innovation and research, pushing the boundaries of technological advancements to support our continued expansion and evolution. We are seeking highly motivated and visionary Software Developers to join our dynamic and diverse team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement state-of-the -art software, ensuring the integration and scalability of our platforms.

You will also work with a range of AI and software technologies, playing a key role in the continuous development of the Business. This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy. Preferred Skills, Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development or a related field, or relevant professional experience.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in frameworks such as React, Angular, NodeJS or Vue.js. Familiarity with TypeScript and responsive design principles. Understanding of user experience (UX) design and intelligent user interfaces.

Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills, with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Passionate about leveraging technology to drive innovation and improve user experiences.

Familiarity with mobile development. Main ResponsibilitiesProducing rapid prototyping and development of new ideas. Collaborating with stakeholders, software teams and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

Implementing cutting edge techniques and methodologies to improve platform performance, efficiency and reliability. Conducting research and staying up-to-date with the latest technological advancements, ensuring our thinking is at the forefront of innovation. Leveraging modern front-end technologies and frameworks to create user-friendly interfaces that incorporate innovative design practices and enhance user engagement.
