Starting off with 2 of us in a little office in Manchester - We now have offices in Manchester, Chicago, and newly opened Singapore. As a Business Development Manager - you will be working to add new clients to our portfolio.
We’re only looking for the best. What will you be doing? You will be finding, qualifying and closing new clients into the business.
You’ll be required to:Research and identify new business opportunities
Complete full sales cycles - from lead generation to contract signing, you are with them through every stage!Cold calling to book yourself new sales meetings.Managing warm leads passed to you
Thinking strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business

Annual top performers trips, previous destinations include Ibiza, Prauge, Malorca and Budapest. Who are you? Motivated, hungry and a drive for success is what we are looking for to put it simply.
And on top of these key traits, we are also looking for…. Minimum of 1 year general sales experience, with at least 6 months closing deals. Proven experience in 360 sales (from lead generation to closing - you should be confident in your abilities at all stages!)Any experience in B2B sales is a huge plus!
Background knowledge in marketing products is a plus
