National Account Executive - GroceryFMCG – Food Hybrid – 3 days in the office – Manchester area£30,000 salary + bonus Are you ready to make your mark with one of the most exciting FMCG companies? We’re on the lookout for a ambitious National Account Executive to help drive growth and support key relationships within Grocery and Major Mults.

As part of a close-knit, high-performance team, you’ll have the chance to grow your career, work with major supermarket accounts, and work with a wide range of talented stakeholders who will support and develop you. Key Responsibilities:Producing internal reports, including weekly and periodic sales updates, with a strong understanding of the factors influencing key financial performance indicators. Submitting promotional nominations and ensuring accurate input across internal and external platforms.

Taking ownership of select growth initiatives. Developing and maintaining strong cross-functional partnerships, acting as the voice of the customer internally and representing the business externally. Handling invoice discrepancies, managing claims, and coordinating customer product sample requests.

Updating and tracking product pricing, promotional activity, and budget spend within business systems during key periods throughout the year. Leading monthly forecast and spend reviews, including preparation work, follow-up actions, and meeting notes. Taking part in sales and marketing training and development opportunities.

Creating and maintaining a personal development plan. What We’re Looking

For:Background in FMCG within a commercial role, such as sales, marketing, category management, or retail buying—ideally within a UK supermarket environment. Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to work confidently with data, reports, and spreadsheets to drive insights and support decision-making. Solid grasp of sales metrics and performance indicators, with familiarity with the UK grocery sector considered an advantage.

Excellent organisational abilities, enabling effective management of multiple priorities while ensuring consistent progress across tasks. High attention to detail, paired with a structured and precise working style that guarantees accuracy and reliability in all outputs.
