You’ll Be DoingBe the Go-To Advisor: Support insolvency practitioners across all aspects of administration, liquidation, and receivership.
Handle the Hard Stuff: Navigate both contentious and non-contentious cases—litigation, dispute resolution, and more. Lead with Strategy: Offer forward-thinking advice on complex insolvency scenarios, with a commercial edge. Draft
With Precision: Prepare insolvency applications, legal agreements, and strategic documentation. Show Up in Court: Represent clients confidently in hearings, negotiations, and settlements.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work alongside property, litigation, and financial services colleagues to deliver all-round legal solutions. Keep Learning, Keep Leading: Stay on top of legal updates and contribute to our culture of constant growth.
What You’ll BringA qualified solicitor with 1+ year PQE in corporate insolvency
Solid experience in both contentious and non-contentious mattersA deep understanding of insolvency law and business recovery strategy
Strong drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage competing priorities under pressureA collaborative mindset and commercial approach
