We are seeking personable, enthusiastic, and proactive Quantity Surveyors to join our clients team, contributing to the continued growth of their business and supporting the delivery of critical UK Infrastructure projects. You will work across a variety of client projects, delivering best-in-class cost management and contributing to successful outcomes in line with project and organisational goals. The Role:Client and Stakeholder Engagement:Build and maintain professional, collaborative relationships with clients, colleagues and external stakeholders involved in projects.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance and ensuring alignment with project objectives. Contract Administration:Manage and administer a variety of contracts, ensuring adherence to project objectives, governance frameworks, and best practices
Implement contract change management processes effectively to keep projects on track
Cost Management:Monitor, forecast, and report project costs accurately to completion, ensuring alignment with approved budgets. Proactively identify and manage cost variances and maintain contract cash flow integrity. Prepare and submit applications and valuations in a timely manner.
The Requirements: Demonstrated expertise focussing on Infrastructure sector projects, contract management, ideally with experience in NEC3/4Proficient in cost management, valuation, change management, and cash flow forecasting
Understanding of risk management, procurement processes, and estimating techniques.Qualifications:Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline (e.g., Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering etc.)
