The RoleThe firm is looking for an experienced and driven Commercial Senior Associate (3+ years’ PQE) to play a key role in delivering high-quality, client-focused legal services. Key Responsibilities:Advising on a wide range of commercial contracts, outsourcing projects, and technology-related matters.

Working with a diverse client base, including international businesses and household names, to deliver innovative solutions. Leading on complex, high-value matters, providing strategic advice on business-critical issues. Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.

Potential opportunities for client secondments to enhance commercial understanding and client relationships. The CandidateThe ideal candidate will have:A minimum of 3 years’ PQE in Commercial law.
