What you’ll be doing:

• Leading audit engagements from planning to completion

• Supervising and mentoring junior team members, providing regular feedback

• Ensuring compliance with audit standards and company policies

• Producing audit findings reports and identifying key risks

• Building strong relationships with clients, adapting your approach to their needs

• Collaborating with other departments to deliver a seamless client experience

• Continuously developing your own technical expertise and supporting team growth

What we’re looking for:

• ACCA/ACA qualified (or equivalent)

• Experience delivering audit and accounts services within a practice setting

• A strong understanding of auditing and accounting standards (FRS/IFRS)

• Confident communicator who builds trust with clients and colleagues alike

• Ability to manage risk and maintain audit quality

• Experience with CaseWare and CCH is a bonus, but not essential

• A natural team leader with great problem-solving skills
