We are seeking an elaborate and results-driven Business Development Manager to play a pivotal role in accelerating our growth strategy. About The Role

What Youll Be Doing
- Generating and qualifying new leads through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Identifying opportunities specifically within the forecourt, car care, or professional services space, leveraging your understanding of these sectors.
- Setting and managing own appointmentsand converting opportunities, depending on the scope and complexity of the client's needs.
- Building long-term client relationships and proactively identifying cross-selling opportunities within the wider product portfolio.
- Preparing tailored proposals and quotations, assisting with pricing strategies, and supporting contract negotiations to secure new business.
- Attending networking events and industry exhibitions to raise the profile of The Scentz Company and generate new business leads.
- Keeping our CRM system up to date with leads, opportunities, and activity, ensuring a smooth and transparent customer journey.
- Working closely with senior account managers and internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
- A solid track record of B2B sales experience in a product-based environment.
- Experience engaging with clients across various sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong time management and organisational ability you'll be adept at handling multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to manage your workload and reporting.
- A positive, self-motivated attitude with the drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- A team player who can also work independently and take full ownership of their sales pipeline.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites, events, and company offices when required.
