Customer Experience is at the heart of everything that we do. As a customer support consultant, you will assess individual personal and financial circumstances and make decisions within your remit to offer the most appropriate solution to customers, having excellent interpersonal skills and being able to build a rapport with each customer
What will your day look like
- Act in litigation for both secured and unsecured matters independent
- Be able to give legal advice to achieve appropriate resolutions for the clients
- Keep clients updated regularly on case progression
- To run the files allocated in accordance with the firm's and department's set procedures
- To meet all cost/fee targets where set
- Be able to use internal case management systems
- Ensure all key litigation deadlines are always met
- Adherence to risk, compliance and data accuracy
- Keep up to date with changes in relevant law and practice and attend appropriate training events to ensure up to date legal knowledge and best practice

A few things about our ideal candidate
- Experience in debt recovery is debt recovery is desired but candidates with banking or property litigation experience may be considered
- Good knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good organisational skills
- Good administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work in a team and individually
